Google Dialogflow

A natural language understanding platform created by Google to design and integrate a conversational user interface into mobile apps, web applications, devices, bots, interactive voice response systems and related uses.

Dialogflow is a highly flexible system to enable natural-language interactions (for example, in English) via written text or even by voice on websites and apps. An example of this back-and-forth interaction is a chatbot on a website, which lets users write messages, ask questions, etc, and receive an intelligent response based on Dialogflow's ability to process the input using artificial intelligence. It can be integrated with apps and sites such as the CRM (Contact Relationship Manager) Civi, enabling users to make requests and take actions such as subscribing to a newsletter.
