Madeleine Nicoloff

Madeleine is a Program Officer with the Democracy and Technology team at NDI. She has worked at the grassroots level with refugees, migrants, and women in community-based non-profits including the Immigrant & Refugee Community Organization, the Rural Women’s Network Nepal, and SciencesPo Refugee Help. Most recently, Madeleine worked as a Project Assistant on NDI’s Central and West Africa team. She was a 2019 Public Policy and Data Science Fellow at the Institut du Québec in Montreal. Originally from Portland, Oregon, Madeleine holds a BA in International Development and Political Science from McGill University, where she spent a semester studying at Sciences Po, Paris.
